In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court mediation is available upon request from the regional bar association (Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main, www.rechtsanwaltskammer-ffm.de) pursuant to sec. 73 sub-sec. 2 no. 3 in conjunction with sec. 73 sub-sec. 5 BRAO) or from the mediation board of the federal bar association (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft bei der Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, www.brak.de) (sec. 191 et seq. BRAO).
